1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account on or using app.psyhealthok.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What the Platform is — and is not
PsyHealthOK is an online educational platform. We publish self-paced courses, videos, articles, and interactive quizzes about anxiety, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety, and related topics, grounded in the academic literature on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
The Platform is not a medical service, therapy, or substitute for professional care. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental-health condition. Content is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or psychologist for medical or mental-health concerns.
Emergency.If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, stop using the Platform and call emergency services immediately — 112 in the EU, 911 in the US, or your country's crisis line.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and all activity under your account.
- You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person.
- Notify us at info@psyhealthok.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Payments and access
- Course prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency.
- Payments are processed by WayForPay. We do not store full payment-card details.
- After payment is confirmed, access to the purchased materials is opened in your account or app. If access does not appear, contact info@psyhealthok.com.
- We may discontinue or change a course at any time; if you have an active subscription, you keep access for the period already paid.
6. Intellectual property
All course material — videos, scripts, slides, exercises, audio, illustrations — is owned by PsyHealthOK or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the material for your own learning.
You may not:
- Copy, download, re-record, redistribute, or republish any course content.
- Use any content to train AI or machine-learning models.
- Use our brand, trademarks, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or networks.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users or our staff.
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or chain messages through our communication channels.
- Scrape or systematically extract content using bots, crawlers, or automated tools.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
8. User-generated content
If you submit messages, comments, or quiz responses, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the Platform. You confirm that your content is yours to share and does not violate anyone else's rights.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific health, psychological, or behavioural outcome from using the Platform.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsyHealthOK and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud or gross negligence).
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting info@psyhealthok.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Before going to court, you agree to first try to resolve any dispute by writing to info@psyhealthok.com. We will respond within 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date means you accept the new Terms.
