What this application is
PsyHealthOK Search Question Graph is a private, internal keyword-research and advertising-planning application operated by PsyHealthOK for its own staff. It is not a public product. It has no client-facing UI and does not accept sign-ups from the general public.
This page exists because Google OAuth requires every application that requests access to Google APIs to publish a public homepage that describes what the application does and how it uses Google user data.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized PsyHealthOK employees and contractors. Authorized users sign in through Google OAuth, using the same Google account that owns the PsyHealthOK Google Ads workspace.
Which Google API data it uses
With the authorized user's consent, the application uses the Google Ads API to retrieve, for planning purposes only:
- account-access information, such as the list of accessible customer accounts;
- keyword ideas returned by the Keyword Planner service;
- search-volume estimates for keywords the operator queries;
- competition metrics for those keywords;
- top-of-page bid range estimates for those keywords.
What the application does with that data
The retrieved data is used inside PsyHealthOK to plan the company's own Search campaigns, keyword groups, landing pages, and educational content that authorized staff subsequently produce and maintain outside this application.
What the application does NOT do
PsyHealthOK Search Question Graph is a read and plan tool. It does not:
- create or change Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords or extensions;
- change budgets, bids or bidding strategies;
- create or change audiences, conversions or customer records;
- publish, pause, or resume any advertising activity.
Client and health data is not sent to Google APIs
Client names, quiz answers, symptoms, diagnoses, health profiles, Telegram activity and video-viewing data are never sent to Google Ads or to any Google API. Only aggregate keywords and topic seeds chosen by authorized staff are queried against the Google Ads API.
Where the data goes and how it is stored
Retrieved Google Ads data is stored inside PsyHealthOK's own infrastructure and used exclusively for internal planning. It is not sold, shared with clients, or exposed on any public surface. Credentials are stored separately from operational data, access is restricted to authorized staff, and authorized users can revoke this application's access at any time from their Google Account's connected-apps settings.
Compliance
Use of Google APIs by PsyHealthOK Search Question Graph complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google logos and marks are not used on this page and no endorsement by Google is implied.
